CPC – certified professional coach (life coaching)

Sarah is a wellness + recovery coach at Foundry Steamboat (a 90-day drug and alcohol rehabilitation center), a fitness coach, a CrossFitter, a food connoisseur at Bitchin Kitchin (food and meal prep service), and an outdoor enthusiast everywhere.

Her passion lies in coaching – coaching you to be the best version of yourself! Coaching is not showing people what to do – it is giving them the tools to do it themselves.

When we have the support and knowledge to grow, we can move the roadblocks and set ourselves up for success. Sarah is passionate about creating more JOY for you.

Most of you probably know me through the fitness lens + associated me with burpees.  Although I am still in the health + wellness field, my knowledge has expanded to offer a deeper connection to self, focusing on those in recovery from substance use disorder – no matter where they are on that journey!
Recovery coaching is responsible for assessing client needs and strengths in support of health + recovery by providing a supportive recovery environment and serving as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking or already in recovery from an addiction to alcohol and/or other drugs and substances. We will create paths to the tools needed individually to support YOUR personal journey. Together we can unpack guilt, shame, enabling, + help establish healthy boundaries.
Let’s do this together – through support, accountability, and dedication.

Coaching will help you:

• Get out of a dark space
• Reframe negative thinking and patterns
• Build more self-love and positivity
• Improve your relationships with others
• Create a plan for relapse prevention
• Set and achieve nutrition and fitness goals
• Feel holistically supported on your wellness journey

“Your purpose is not the thing you do. It is the thing that happens in others when you do what you do.”
