WHO WE ARE
Our team consists of a Functional Medicine Physician (MD), a Naturopathic Doctor (ND), Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Counselors and coaches with a broad variety of skill sets to treat the whole person who struggles with any health challenge.
SCHOLARSHIP
We are committed to providing integrative and holistic care across the spectrum. Our scholarship fund is born from passionate community members who believe in our mission and approach to care. The scholarship program is for individuals who need care and can't afford it. Scholarship applicants and providers must contribute to services financially and the scholarship makes up the difference. This model has proven to be effective for over 150 sessions we have provided since it's inception.
